If you have a disability or long-term health condition which makes it difficult or impossible for you to access publicly available computers (eg in your local library), you can apply for a free computer from Pass IT On – as long as you live within the EH postcode area.
You can register yourself or someone else can refer you. *If you are aged under 16, a parent/carer needs to register you.
